This surprising combination includes celery and lettuce!
- Handful of organic Spring Mix greens
- One large strawberry
- Red grapes
- Half an apple
- Green bell pepper
- 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk or your liquid of choice
Add three scoops of the Microbiotic Kitchen protein shake base to the above ingredients and blend. We put the cucumber and greens in the blender first, then add the shake base, then the other ingredients and the liquid. Blend on low at first, then on high for at least one minute or longer.
