OJ Pear


Fresh-squeezed OJ adds a citrus boost.

  • Banana, broken up
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • Kiwi
  • Pear
  • Carrots
  • 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk or your liquid of choice


Add three scoops of the Microbiotic Kitchen protein shake base to the above ingredients and blend. We put the banana, the OJ and pear in the blender first, then add the shake base, then the other ingredients and the liquid. You may want to add less liquid if your oranges are really juicy. Blend on low at first, then on high for at least one minute or longer.
