Grapefruit Cranberry


A Vitamin C trifecta; grapefruit, cranberry and strawberries!

  • One banana, broken up
  • Handful of greens
  • Frozen cranberries
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Carrots
  • 1/2 Grapefruit, scooped out
  • Frozen ginger disc
  • 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk or your liquid of choice


Add three scoops of the Microbiotic Kitchen protein shake base to the above ingredients and blend. We put the banana, grapefruit and greens in the blender first, then add the shake base, then the other ingredients and the liquid. Blend on low at first, then on high for at least one minute or longer.
