Broccoli adds a strong flavor to this veggie/fruit blend..
- 3 or 4 Broccoli florets
- Baby Spinach greens
- Red Apple
- 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk or your liquid of choice
Add three scoops of the Microbiotic Kitchen protein shake base to the above ingredients and blend. We put the banana, kiwi, and the spinach in the blender first, then add the shake base, then the rest of the ingredients and the liquid. Blend on low at first, then on high for at least one minute or longer.
