Loaded with Vitamin C from the kiwi and broccoli’s cruciferous goodness!
- One banana, broken up
- One pear, cut in pieces
- One kiwi, peeled
- Broccoli stalk pieces
- 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk or your liquid of choice
Add three scoops of the Microbiotic Kitchen protein shake base to the above ingredients and blend. We put the banana and kiwi in the blender first, then add the shake base, then the other ingredients and the liquid. Blend on low at first, then on high for at least one minute or longer.
