Creamy avocado makes this recipe into a thick treat.
- 1/2 Avocado
- handful of spinach greens
- 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk or your liquid of choice
Add three scoops of the Microbiotic Kitchen protein shake base to the above ingredients and blend. We put the spinach, the orange and apple in the blender first, then add the shake base, then the avocado and the liquid. Blend on low at first, then on high for at least one minute or longer.
