Raspberry Pear


Try this refreshing combination to start your day with a fruity punch!

  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • One frozen cherry tomato, which is a great source of lycopene and lutein
  • One banana, broken up
  • One pear, cut up
  • Handful of frozen raspberries
  • One apple, cut up
  • Frozen ginger disc
  • 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk or your liquid of choice


Add three scoops of the Microbiotic Kitchen protein shake base to the above ingredients and blend. We put the banana and spinach in the blender first, then add the shake base, then the other ingredients and the liquid. Blend on low at first, then on high for at least one minute or longer.
