Simple to put together, just 4 ingredients.
- 2 Plums, pitted
- Kiwi, peeled
- 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk or your liquid of choice
Add three scoops of the Microbiotic Kitchen protein shake base to the above ingredients and blend. We put the plums and the banana in the blender first, then add the shake base, then the rest of the ingredients and the liquid. Blend on low at first, then on high for at least one minute or longer.
